Building a brand website for Royal House: how to showcase scale and values effectively

While most websites focus on driving sales, Quadroom increasingly gets clients asking for something different — brand websites with no "Buy" or "Order" buttons. These sites work on building long-term reputation and trust by showcasing expertise, company values, and philosophy.

That's exactly what Royal House came to us for. This production and development group with 20 years of history, 30 projects, and 25,000 clients wanted a corporate website purely to showcase their capabilities and achievements. The site was to serve as a business card for partners, investors, the media, and anyone who wants to learn more about the company.

Here's how Quadroom approached developing Royal House's brand website and what we achieved.

Step one: Strategic sessions and research

Every project starts with research. We need to understand how the owner sees their company.

So we ran a series of strategic sessions with Royal House, diving into not just business processes but their philosophy too. That's how we learned that people are the Royal House's core value — and we built this into the design. Every page features real employees, actual work processes, and genuine moments from the job. No abstract diagrams or just numbers, but real people creating quality housing.

Building trust through design

Royal House covers five different areas — from manufacturing energy-efficient wall modules to developing residential complexes and after-sales service. Our job was to use design to show the scale of their operations and clearly communicate to clients what exactly the company does.

The project went through several design iterations. We were looking for the right balance between corporate reliability and human connection. The result was a clean, structured design with thoughtful animations that create a sense of calm and stability. That's exactly what the client was after.

How we achieved technical excellence

Even for a brand website, technical perfection is critical. A slow site or poor optimisation can ruin the impression from even the best design. We ensured high loading speeds and flawless performance across all devices, achieving a Google PageSpeed score of 94.

Using Chat GPT, we created effective SEO-optimised content that doesn't lose its human touch for the sake of algorithms. Each project description tells a story rather than just listing features.

Today, Royal House's website isn't just a corporate page — it's a platform that works for their reputation. And the Quadroom team continues developing the company's projects as their long-term web partner.
