Buyers looking at the suburbs weigh everything: the commute to Kyiv, safety, the monthly payment. So we built a website that answers these questions before people even ask them, from the green courtyard to the exact installment amount.

Affordability you can see right away. The website lists six ways to buy an apartment: full payment, a 4-year installment plan, the state programs eOselia and eVidnovlennia, a housing voucher, and individual terms. The calculator shows the monthly payment instantly, and the “Request a calculation” button leads straight to a manager. Buyers see the apartment is within reach and get in touch with a specific request.

Why deciding early pays off. A dedicated section shows how the price per square meter and the terms change at each construction stage, from excavation to completion. People see the benefit of an early decision for themselves, with no pressure from the sales team.

An apartment in a few clicks. The floor plan collection can be filtered by number of rooms, and every plan shows its area, move-in date, price and a PDF. The complex’s advantages are grouped by theme (inside, nearby, location, safety), so everyone quickly finds what matters to them: a shelter, CCTV, a school or a park.

Nature and the city in one frame. Large renders of the green courtyard and warm natural colors convey the main idea: a calm suburb 20 minutes from central Kyiv.

Speed despite heavy visuals. The website scores 97 on Google PageSpeed. Pages load in seconds, so the ad budget isn’t wasted while people wait. Documents, construction updates and answers to common questions are all on the website, so buyers don’t have to look elsewhere.

Visible to AI. AI view 2/2: ChatGPT and Claude read the complex’s data correctly and can use it when answering buyers who search for a home through AI assistants.
