Geniiv Park: a website that shows the residential complex by day and by night
Buyers choose an apartment for more than its square footage. They want to picture life in the complex: mornings, evenings, lights in the windows. So we built a website that changes with the time of day.
Night mode, not just a dark theme. At 6 PM the website switches to night mode on its own: the dark theme turns on and every render changes to its evening version. At 6 AM the light theme and daytime visuals come back. A buyer who visits in the evening sees the complex as it will look in the evening.
Choose an apartment in a few clicks. The apartment finder works just as well on a computer as on a phone. It is connected to the CRM, so prices and availability on the website match the sales team’s data. Apartments can be browsed grouped by type or as a single list. A smart filter adjusts the available options, so buyers never land on “0 results” and leave empty-handed.
Everything about a floor plan on one page. Every floor plan has its own page with areas, specifications and an installment calculator. Buyers see their monthly payment right away and come to the sales team with a specific request.
Speed despite heavy content. The homepage is full of videos and renders, and every image comes in two versions: day and night. Even so, the website scores 98 on Google PageSpeed. Pages load in seconds, so the ad budget isn’t wasted while people wait.

Visible to AI. AI view 2/2: ChatGPT and Claude read the complex’s data correctly and can use it when answering buyers who search for a home through AI assistants.
Geniiv Park is one of our signature projects: the website presents the complex and works as a sales tool at the same time.
