Web Product Designer hiring
Quadroom is a service-and-product company focused on proptech.
We built Osnova, a product that lets real estate developers launch a residential complex website in 7 days. It's live, and it sells. Some parts of it need rethinking, though. We know exactly which ones, and we want to rebuild them from scratch for version 2.0.
That's why we're looking for a product-minded designer.
Format: project-based work during the trial period, then full-time after the probation period. Compensation is discussed individually.
About us: At Quadroom, we build ultra-fast websites for real estate developers on Next.js + Payload CMS. 16 international awards. Our clients include DIM, Intergal, BGV Development, Royal House, and GEOS.

Why join us
We work with Ukraine's largest real estate developers. This year we entered the Cyprus market. That means large-scale, interesting projects and room to test new solutions and ship them fast.
Complex interfaces. Interactive masterplans, unit availability grids, apartment filters, floor selectors. In these tasks design directly affects conversion, and good solutions in this niche are rare. Someone has to build them.
Fast feedback loop. Development is in-house on Next.js. Your designs don't sit in a backlog. They get released and start collecting data.
AI is part of our daily workflow. Work software is covered by the company.
International projects. Cyprus, the UAE, and Spain are already in progress. You'll build a portfolio that works for you beyond Ukraine.
After the probation period, you'll own the design process and build a team around it.
Flexible schedule and location. We care about results delivered on time, not hours in a calendar.
Your first 3 months (probation period)
Audit Osnova's 20 blocks. Decide which ones we redesign, with what references, and by when. Mobile comes first.
Hand off the full Osnova 2.0 design to development: responsive layouts, components, and UI kit.
Design a custom residential complex website around a client's goals, from brief and site structure to developer handoff. We want to test a hypothesis: building a residential project website with a product approach. Our clients expect this, and we need to deliver it.
Add three reusable solutions to our library that we'll use on upcoming projects.
Your 6–12 month goals
Osnova 2.0 is live in production.
A new approach and design standard for residential complex websites is agreed and in place.
Three projects designed by you are delivered.
What we expect from you
You start with "what business problem does this screen solve?", not with picking a font.
You take work all the way to release and come back to it once the data is in.
You bring solutions and initiative. When you raise a problem, you bring options for solving it.
You can defend your decisions to a client and recognize when the client is right.
You use AI tools every day and can explain where they save you time and where they hurt the result.
Your benchmark is Awwwards-level visuals that load in under a second on mobile. No heavy animations.
We don't need a degree, years of experience, or an English certificate. We need a portfolio of product-driven websites, ideally in real estate.
